Since 2001, John Bishop at Action Disability Representatives has helped hundreds of New Mexicans collect their Social Security Disability and Medicare benefits. John began his career making disability decisions for Social Security. He later completed specialized training and became a Disability Hearing Officer, working for the New Mexico Disability Hearing Unit. John was the first non-attorney disability representative in New Mexico to meet the prerequisites and qualify as a non-attorney eligible to receive direct fee payment from Social Security.
